Year 5 and 6 Viking Experience
On Tuesday 21st October the children in the Year 5 and 6 classes will receive a visit in school from a company called School History Visits to support their learning about the Vikings. The children will take part in a hands-on, interactive Viking Experience at different stages throughout the day. Although the children are not leaving school, this activity is not free. We have to pay to cover the cost of the historical specialist and their equipment to come to school.
The school now heavily subsidise trips and workshops from their Pupil Premium allocation so we would welcome a contribution of just £5 per child to help towards the cost of the experience. This will need to be paid using Parent Pay.
